A multi-channel support platform connecting chat, ticketing, a help center, and nine messaging channels. Built the chat widget, agent dashboard, and Flutter SDK from scratch; led Google CASA security remediation and permission systems.

Built features for Lumin PDF, a browser-based PDF editor, and developed UI components for Hola Spirit and OpenApp.
2020OCT 2020 — SEP 2021
Established Tribee's mobile architecture and component library. Published applications to the App Store and Google Play.
2021OCT 2021 — JAN 2023
Led Tribee's frontend and mobile development, built the first CX Genie chat widget, and translated client needs into scope, estimates, and timelines.
2023FEB 2023 — PRESENT
Lead engineering for CX Genie, Outbound Glow, and Pengu Studio. Own technical decisions, platform security, planning, and delivery while remaining a core code contributor.
